Please note that returns without an RA number will not be accepted.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that the item(s) are received. Jerry Packhouse is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Apparel items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Accessories must be returned in their original packaging and in resalable condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

10. THC-A Products Returns

Due to the nature of THC-A products and legal restrictions, returns are generally not accepted unless the product is defective or there was an error on our part. Please contact our customer support team for assistance.
